Objectives

  • To Communicate with Industries and arrange Campus interviews.
  • To arrange and Coordinate personality development program for the students from first year to last year.
  • To arrange faculty development program for the faculty.
  • To Search for recruitment throughout the year for needy students to get Job.
  • To develop students by arranging training and workshops as per their interest and need.
  • To create awareness among students regarding available career options.
  • To prepare students for campus recruitment by arranging aptitude / technical test, Group discussion, Interview technique and Mock interviews through professional trainers.
  • To arrange Skill development program for students to build their practical knowledge and make them aware with the latest trends in Engineering.

Implant Training / Summer Internships

During three year program all students have to take up 4-6 weeks internship program with different industries after the completion of fourth semester. This is Compulsory Component of the curriculum for completion of program. This helps to provide exposure to working of Industries and their culture.

Roles & Responsibilities of Anti Ragging Squad:

  1. Make surprise visits, raids on hostels and other places vulnerable to incidents.
  2. Having potential for ragging and shell be empowered to inspect such places.
  3. Conduct an on spot inquiry into any incident of ragging.
  4. Observing a fair and transparent procedure and the principles of natural justice after giving adequate opportunity to the students accused of ragging and other witnesses to place before it the facts documents and views concerning the incidents of ragging and consider such relevant information as may be required.

Roles & Responsibilities of Mentoring Cell:

  1. Promote the objectives of Anti Ragging Rules and regulations.
  2. Senior students volunteering to be mentors for fresher in the succeeding academic year.

 Grievances may include the following complaints:

  1. Making admission contrary to merit determined in admission policy of the institute
  2. Irregularity in admission process.
  3. Refusing admission against the declared admission policy of the institute.
  4. Withhold or refuse to return any document to induce such person to pay fee in respect of any course which person does not need.
  5. Demand of money in excess of that specified in the declared admission policy or approved by the competent authority.
  6. Violation of the policy for reservation in admission.
  7. Complaints from alleged discrimination by students from SC, ST, OBC, Women, minority or disabled categories.
  8. Nonpayment or delay in payment of scholarships committed by institution under the conditions imposed by AICTE or any other authority.
  9. Delay in conduct of examination or declaration of results as specified in academic calendar
  10. Provision of amenities to students as promised by the institution.
  11. Denial of quality education as promised at the time of admission.
  12. Non transparent or unfair evaluation practices.
  13. Harassment and Victimization of students including sexual harassment.
  14. Refund of fees on withdrawal of admissions as per AICTE instructions.
