• To arrange and Coordinate personality development program for the students from first year to last year.
• To arrange faculty development program for the faculty.
• To Search for recruitment throughout the year for needy students to get Job.
• To develop students by arranging training and workshops as per their interest and need.
• To create awareness among students regarding available career options.
• To prepare students for campus recruitment by arranging aptitude / technical test, Group discussion, Interview technique and Mock interviews through professional trainers.
• To arrange Skill development program for students to build their practical knowledge and make them aware with the latest trends in Engineering.

TPO Officer

Training and placement play a major role in shaping up the career goals of students. It is the dream of every student to get placed in a top organization visiting their campus for recruitment. Recruiters seek for candidates who are ready for the industry and have the etiquette necessary for the corporate world. During campus placements, recruiters test for an array of skill sets in their potential employees. In addition to being knowledgeable in their core subjects, students should also possess a great aptitude and soft skills. This is the reason why GGSP, Nasik provides training and placement service to our students. Our Placement and Training focuses on Aptitude and Group Discussion, Personal Interview (GD-PI).
